However, we understand that sometimes our products may not meet your expectations or needs. In such cases, we offer the following Returns Policy to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase:

  1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns of all unused and undamaged worm harnesses purchased from Schelk Outdoor Supply Co. within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at schelk.outdoor.supply@gmail.com. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

  3. Refund or Exchange Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will offer you the choice of either a refund or an exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you choose an exchange, we will send you a replacement product of equal or lesser value than the original purchase.

  4. Shipping Costs We do not refund shipping costs associated with the original purchase, nor do we cover the shipping costs for returning the product to us. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs.

  5. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective fishing lure, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
